MONTHLY MINISTRY REPORT
REVEREND GORDON WILLIAMS, NOVEMBER 2015

Rev. Gordon Williams, Evangelist
IF YOU LACK WISDOM ASK GOD WHAT TO DO” (JAS. 1:5)
Prayer is God’s problem-solving communication system. Wisdom is a problem-solving solution. James, Jesus’ brother, learned from Jesus, that there is no problem, too large or too small that He cannot solve. But we have to ask for help and He will show us how to solve our problems, whether large or small. But, we have to ask (Matt. 7:7). Because we know Jesus as our Saviour and have received the Holy Spirit as our Counselor (Jn.16:13–15), we can invite you to send your needs : personal, family, friends, acquaintances, for salvation, the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, healing, deliverance, church needs, so we can pray for you and your requests (Philip. 4:19).  Rev. Gordon also does ministry and prayer with individuals using SKYPE. Contact Gordon to set up your ministry appointment!

VICTORY OVER THE KINGDOM OF DARKNESS”
This is the title of Gordon’s newest book which is being released this month. This book will teach how to how to deal confidently with the kingdom of darkness and be victorious over temptation, the devil/Satan and evil spirits/demons. It will show you how to be skilled in spiritual warfare. It will show you how to recognize the authority of Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit and our Heavenly Father. It will show you how to recognize the counterfeit works of our spiritual enemy and be victorious. Examples from Gordon’s ministry will give you confidence to see that, regardless of your age or experience, you can always be the winner and not be the loser. And, if you will make yourself available you will be able to as Jesus said, “Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I go to the Father” (Jn. 14:12). Order your copy today for a donation of $20.00 each or 3 for $50.00.

“JESUS IS NOW HIS SAVIOUR AND LORD” (1 COR. 12:3)
At a meeting in Brussels, Ontario, a man in his 50’s explained to me, “I am a dry alcoholic and I have accepted Jesus Christ as my Savior. I’m a member of ‘Alcoholics Anonymous’. I want to stop swearing but I lack the power in my life to do so. I explained that he needed to receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and the Holy Spirit will give you the power to stop swearing and to stop worrying about being an alcoholic because He is the non-alcoholic “new wine” (Lk. 5:37–39) Who will satisfy your thirst for the “old alcoholic wine” and give you power (Acts 1:8) in your life. He prayed with me to be Baptized with the Holy Spirit (Matt. 3:11) and he began speak in tongues (Acts 2:4). Finally he opened his eyes and said, “What a spiritual high! I’ve never felt anything like that before!” Jesus is now his Lord!

“IF THE SON SETS YOU FREE, YOU WILL BE FREE INDEED” (JN. 8:36)
At a Full Gospel Business Men’s Chapter (FGBMFI) meeting in Saskatoon, SK, a 17 year old teenager explained to me that he was addicted to drugs. I explained to him that the drugs were an attempt to satisfy what is called “the hunger and thirst for righteousness” with which we are all born. That means to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ empowered by the Holy Spirit (Matt. 5:6). The Holy Spirit will be able to show you God’s plans for your life and give you the power to live it. I prayed with him to invite Jesus to be his Saviour (Jn. 3: 5) and Lord and receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. He easily began to speak in his new tongues language (Acts 19: 6)His girlfriend who was standing beside him said, “I need what he just received so I can be set free from drugs too!” We prayed and through tears she received salvation (Jn. 3:5) and the Baptism of the Holy Spirit (Acts 19: 6) and joined him in praying in her new tongues language.

“AND THAT IS WHAT IT TAKES” (MK. 16:17–18)
At a meeting in Estevan SK, a well-dressed 40 year old man in a black suit was the last person who came for prayer. “What would you like to have prayer for?” I asked. “I think it’s time to give up and stop struggling.” “Then would you like to receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit?” I asked. “If that what it takes,” he replied. He prayed with me for forgiveness of his sin and we asked Jesus to Baptize him with the Holy Spirit as I laid hands on him. As he stood there, he began to breathe heavily. I then asked him to try to speak in his new tongues language (Mk. 16:17). He opened his mouth and he began to speak in tongues as he fell to the floor (Is. 28: 10). I encouraged him to keep praying in tongues and he did.

“VICTORY OVER THE DEVIL” (JAS. 4:7; MK. 16:17)
A young man in his 20’s who came for prayer said, “I want victory over the devil.” He prayed with me for forgiveness. So, I explained that in order for him to have victory over the devil, he needed to receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and speak in tongues. He got hostile and said, “I don’t want that! Get away from me.” I asked him, “Why did you come for prayer if you would not accept the help Jesus wanted to give him?” He walked away. He came back again. “I want to have victory over the devil.” I encouraged him to receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and speak in tongues. I told him that he didn’t need to know how because the Holy Spirit would do it all. Just cooperate with the Holy Spirit. “Well, I’ll give it a try”, he said. We prayed and immediately he began to speak in tongues with a big smile. He continued to pray in tongues for ¾ of an hour. He has the Victory!

“HIS HEART WAS HEALED” (MK. 16:18)
At our Welland ON Thursday meeting, which meets at Cruise Holidays Office in Fonthill ON, our friend Norm who had a serious heart problem, received prayer for healing with the laying on of hands. He went to see his doctor the next morning and went to see the Overholt's the next morning. The great news was that his blood pressure was 110/74 (normal is 120/80). His doctor took his blood pressure 7 times, just to make sure that his blood pressure was reduced and the further good news was that his cholesterol had increased a but was not an issue. His weight is reduced from 280 lb. to 235 lb. Lots of healing. Thank You, Lord!

“NOW SHE BELONGS TO JESUS” (LK. 18:16 –17)
At a Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship (FGBMFI) in Moosomin SK, a 9 year old girl was standing, crying big crocodile tears streaming down her cheeks and sobbing. I asked her, “Honey, what would you like to have prayer for?” She sobbed out, “I am uncontrollable, irresponsible and inconsiderate. I can’t be like my sisters. I try so hard but I can’t. I’m so sorry. I am a bad girl.” I could hardly believe my ears. I calmed her down and explained, “You don’t have to be like your sisters. You are a very special person. There is nobody else in the world like you. You just have to be you. That’s what Jesus wants. He wants you to be you. And, Jesus is going to help you to be you. And, He’s going to give you the Holy Spirit to help you just be you. She prayed with me and invited Jesus to be her Saviour and asked the Holy Spirit to come into her heart. She fell down under the power of the Holy Spirit and began to speak in tongues (Acts 2:4) as she chewed her gum, laying peacefully on the floor for a long time. Her tears were replaced by a peaceful smile (Phil. 4:7).
