The purpose of our House Church meetings is to worship God and have fellowship with other Christians. It provides a place for equipping the saints for ministry (Eph. 4:12). It offers a place to study the scriptures (2 Tim. 2:15), and to learn to use the Gifts of the Holy Spirit (Rom. 12:6-8; 1 Cor. 12:8-10) while gaining confidence in using them.

Our House church offers an opportunity for people who do not know Jesus Christ as their Saviour, Lord, Healer and Deliverer to do so. It provides a welcoming atmosphere and a place where people will be encouraged to grow in the Lord through participation in praising God, dynamic Holy Spirit worship, prayer and guidance.

Our House Church is a place where people can come and ask questions, get prayer for healing, get prayer for receiving the Baptism of the Holy Spirit (with the evidence of speaking in tongues), and prayer for any need. People can come and make mistakes and not be condemned but be encouraged to keep serving Jesus Christ regardless of what their past entails. It is a place where people can experience the grace of Lord Jesus Christ, the Power of the Holy Spirit and the love of our Heavenly Father. It is a place where all are welcome!!

GWEA "HOLY SPIRIT" MINISTRY

We invite you to join and participate in our HOUSE CHURCHES ONLINE.

What an exciting time it is to be a Christian and to being doing ministry. Today more than ever God is using technology to reach the hearts of His people. Social media allows us to "go into all the world and preach the gospel" (Mark 16:15). Our online meetings are set up in similar fashion to our regular meetings. The "order of worship" is outlined in 1 Corinthians 14:26-33 which includes preaching a message/sermon, worship songs, praise reports, and individual and corporate prayer time. With the use of the charismatic gifts dispersed throughout the meeting as the Holy Spirit leads, people have their needs met. Several of our house churches are hybrid meaning in-person and also accessible online. We continue to successfully use the ZOOM platform for our hybrid/online meetings since it offers easy access and quality video and audio.

How do I join your meetings? Just click the meetings links below in the Calendar and follow the instructions. Each meeting is assigned a specific ZOOM link. That link is the same link each time for each meeting. Click on it at the appropriate time, and it will automatically open up as an app in your browser (ie. Google Chrome on Windows, Safari on Mac) on your device whether cell phone, tablet or computer. It’s an exciting way to share the Gospel and have regular fellowship whether you are able to attend in-person or just online using your computer or mobile device. Regardless where people live, everyone is welcome! We invite and welcome new people to our weekly House Church meetings. There is ministry at all our meetings!

Now is the time to reach out to your spouses, family, friends, neighbours, co-workers, etc. and invite them to come so that they can come to know Jesus personally and receive the full Salvation package - forgiveness of sin and the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in "other tongues" (Acts 2:1-4). We receive hope, protection, healing, comfort, provision and much more when we are in a personal relationship with our loving Saviour, Jesus Christ through the Power of the Holy Spirit.
