REVEREND GORDON WILLIAMS
"THE BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT IS FOR ALL ‘WHOEVERS’ (ACTS 2:21)
At the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship in Sudbury, Ontario, a woman in her 30’s accompanied by two friends came for prayer. I asked her, "What would you like to have prayer for?” She answered, "I don’t know!” Then I asked, "Have you received salvation?” She answered, "Yes!” "Have you received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit?” I asked her. "No! My pastor said that I’m not the kind of person who can receive the Holy Spirit” she said. Her two friends had been told the same thing. "Your pastor is wrong!” I told her. Peter said, Whoever calls on the name of the Lord can receive the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:21, 38-39). I asked all three women, "Are you a "WHOEVER”? They replied, "Yes we are!” I asked them "Would you ‘whoevers’ like to receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit?" They all agreed. I prayed with them and all three received and began to speak in tongues languages (Acts 2:4; 19:6).

"HE RECEIVED HIS MIRACLE!” (1 COR. 12:10)
In a church in Peterborough, Ontario, a strange looking young man in his mid-twenties responded to my invitation for prayer. I learned that his face and body had become distorted through bad nutrition and drug addiction. He told me he wanted to be set free from drugs and to follow Jesus. I told him that he needed not only to be saved, but also to receive the Holy Spirit as well.

I explained how the Holy Spirit could replace his need for drugs and really what he was experiencing was what Jesus called a "hunger and thirst for righteousness” (Matt. 5:6). This need cannot be satisfied with drugs or by anything else, except by the infilling or Baptism of the Holy Spirit. He acknowledged what I told him and then I laid my hands upon him and prayed for the Holy Spirit to fill him (Acts 8:17; 19:6). He fell to the floor (Is. 28:13) and spoke out in his new tongues language (Acts 2:4). The next morning he came back and said, "I slept really well and my desire to drink, smoke and use drugs is gone!" (2 Cor. 5:17) When we receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and "walk in the Spirit", we have control and will not fulfil the "lusts of the flesh" (Gal. 5:16-26).

"WE PRAY FOR YOU ALWAYS” (2 THESS. 1:11-12)
If you need prayer for family, friends, work, business, financial, healing, spiritual welfare, church, etc., please send us your prayer requests in our enclosed "Prayer Card." Jesus still does, "signs, wonders and various miracles, and by Gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to his own will” (Heb. 2:4). He wants to supply every need of yours according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus” (Philip. 4:19).

If you need prayer for family, friends, work, business, financial, healing, spiritual, church, etc., please email your prayer requests or by posting to our "Facebook Prayer Group Page".

When Jesus has met your needs, please let us know so we can praise Him along with you and "give thanks with a grateful heart!” We invite you to send in your praise reports and testimonies in a "Thank You Jesus Report." This way many others can be encouraged and be ministered to as well (Rev 12:11). Email your praise reports online through our web page. Jesus still does, "signs, wonders and various miracles, and by gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to his own will” (Heb. 2:4). He wants to supply every need of yours according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus” (Philip. 4:19).

“BECOME PARTNERS IN TODAY'S HARVEST” (LK. 10:2)
Jesus’ last words before He ascended into heaven were, “But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you; and you shall be my witnesses in Jerusalem (home town) and in all Judea (state/province) and to the ends (every country) of the earth" (Acts 1:8). To the man, Legion, who had been set free from demon possession, Jesus said, “Return to your home and declare how much God has done for you” ( Lk. 3:39).

Until every person on the face of the earth is saved, these are Jesus’ "standing orders” until He returns. He will not be satisfied until every person on the face of the earth has had the opportunity to receive Salvation. We can expect results when we do our witnessing and ministry “Jesus’ Way” with the proof of “signs, wonders and miracles (Heb. 2:4). It is that simple.

Gordon invites you to help him accomplish the ministry of harvesting people in Canada, the United States, and all around the world. Please pray for Gordon, and that his ministry will be fulfilled. We ask that you pray and ask Jesus what you can do to help Gordon achieve this great work.

“NO UNCERTAINTY IN PRAYER” (ACTS 2:4)
At the Evangelical Church Ministerial Fellowship of Canada (ECAMFC) Convention, a young couple was waiting to see me. They were preparing to do work on the mission field. The woman asked about a problem of uncertainty in prayer and was seeking a more clear-cut direction from Jesus. She explained that she had prayer for the Baptism of the Holy Spirit a few times but she had not yet received tongues. She wondered what was wrong with her.

I explained that often people do not know how to release their tongues language because the person who prayed with them did not know how to give directions. I explained further that when someone has had prayer for the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, but has not yet received tongues, they will have any one of several physical symptoms. The one symptom she related to was the one when a person cries continually for no apparent reason at all. “That's what happens to me!” she told me.

Together we prayed with her to "stir up the gift of tongues" (2 Tim. 1:6). Then immediately she fell to the floor and prayed in her tongues language. Several minutes later she was unsure of what happened and remarked, “I didn’t really receive tongues!” I assured her, “Oh yes you did. You've been speaking in tongues for about four and a half minutes!" “I thought that I was just making sounds,” she remarked. Her husband who was standing next to her also confirmed that she had spoke out in her tongues-language for that amount of time. Then I encouraged her to try to speak in tongues again and she agreed. Jesus gave me the interpretation to her tongues confirming that they were ready to do the mission work to which Jesus had called them to do (Jn. 16:12–15).

“TEST-DRIVING THE HOLY SPIRIT IS EXCITING” (ACTS 2:4)
After an evening service in a Church in Weyburn, Saskatchewan, I was approached by an elderly man from Nova Scotia who was in town with his wife visiting family members. "I’ve gone to church most of my life, but I have never heard about the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and speaking in tongues,” he told me. After explaining the importance of the Holy Spirit to him, I asked, “Would you like to receive the Holy Spirit and have the proof of speaking in tongues?” He shook his head and replied, “I don’t know!”

“Why don’t you give the Holy Spirit a test run," I suggested, "like you would when buying a new car?” He answered, “I just did a test drive on a car before we came here. Can you do that with the Holy Spirit?” “Oh yes you can,” I replied. "Then come back tomorrow and tell me whether you want to keep Him.” We prayed together and he fell to the floor speaking in tongues. The next night the man returned with his wife.

“What is your decision about the Holy Spirit?" I asked him. "You said you were going to test drive Him.” “Oh! I want to keep Him!” he said excitedly. Then his wife asked to receive the Holy Spirit too. She told me, "It's a miracle, my husband isn’t grumpy anymore!" We prayed and she too received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and her tongues language.

Do you have questions about the Holy Spirit and need answers? Do you need prayer for Salvation and/or for the Baptism of the Holy Spirit? I invite you to come to one of our house meetings or contact me for prayer and guidance.
