From my email I received this reply: "RE: SUPPORT MINISTRY & MONTHLY REPORTS". Jesus Christ healed my back and would like to encourage you. We were at a meeting where you preached on "tongues”. You prayed for my back and Jesus Christ our Lord healed my back and I hope to encourage you, and say, "Still The Same Lord”. The day after my back was healed and I had no more pain. "THE WRONG HOSPITAL — BUT THE RIGHT HOSPITAL (JN. 15: 14)
Accidentally, I thought that I went to visit a man in the Niagara Falls, Ontario, Hospital and discovered that he was actually in the Hospital in Welland, Ontario. While leaving the hospital I saw a short elderly woman in her 70's wandering around the parking area in the freezing rain, approaching one person after another. I walked over to her and she approached me. She was crying and shaking from the cold. I asked her, "What is wrong?” Through her tears, "I need money for groceries. My daughter is sending me some from Vancouver but I don’t know when it will get her. I went to three churches and the welfare centre but I couldn’t get any help. I asked, "What do you need?” "I need money to buy groceries!” I said, "No problem!” I reached into my pocket and handed her some bills that I had and placed them in her hand. "Give me your address and I’ll send you back the money when I get the money from my daughter,” she said, as she wiped the tears and rain off her face. I explained, "This is from Jesus Christ. Now, go and get your groceries and get out of this cold weather.” She thanked me through her tears. I offered her a ride but she said that the store was just down the street. Isn’t it exciting to know that Jesus sent me 24 kms. - about 30 minutes to the wrong Hospital to look after the needs of a woman who had been turned away from churches that refused her help (Matt. 25: 31).

"YES, THAT IS WHAT IS SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN” (MATT. 7: 7)
When I arrived at the Hospital in Welland, Ontario, after some searching I found the man and his daughter visiting him. I explained that I was asked to visit by his oldest friend. He answered, "Yes, he phoned me and told me you would come. I asked him, "So, why are you in the hospital?” "I’m full of cancer” as he placed his hands on his stomach. "Well, I’ve come to pray with you and ask Jesus to heal you. He agreed. I explained that the biggest obstacle to receiving healing was sin in our lives. "So, would you like me to pray with me and ask Jesus to forgive your sin and be filled with the Holy Spirit and healing?” I also explained that the Holy Spirit was going to give him a new language which when he prayed with it, he would have the certainty that he had a reservation in heaven (Eph. 1: 13 - 14). He agreed. We prayed and he began to speak in the new tongues language (Acts 2: 4). We prayed and I said, "Amen!” He looked a me with a surprised look on his face and said, "All the pain has gone! Is that supposed to happen?” I said, "Yes!” His daughter said, "Well, you just asked Jesus to heal you, didn’t you?” He agreed with a big smile. And I said, "Yes, that is what is supposed to happen!” Six months later at the age of 84, he happily went on to receive the promise of Eternal Life as guaranteed by Jesus (Jn. 11: 25 - 26).
"CYCLING-4-JESUS MINISTRY TRIP JULY/AUGUST 2013"
This is the 5th year that Tina Fischer is sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ one road at a time. In the past she cycled over 2,500 km has shared the Gospel, witnessing to hundreds of people and praying with people for salvation and the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and healing. Again, this year she has planned an ambitious 6-week ride along the shores of Lake Simcoe, Kawartha Lakes, Bobcayegon, Kinmount, Haliburton, Bancroft, Griffith, Eganville, Pembrooke, Ottawa, Smith Falls, Brockville, etc., and then back to Toronto. It is a combination of road cycling and trails. Please pray for her and how you can help her. "FROM A CASUAL TO AN INTIMATE RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD” (REV. 2: 7)
At a meeting in Quito, Ecuador, a man in his 40's explained, "I don’t speak in tongues and sometimes I hear God speaking to me.” I explained that Jesus does not want to speak to us some of the time. He wants to be able to speak to us all of the time. He doesn’t want to have a casual relationship with us. He wants to have an intimate relationship with us which can only happen when we receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit when He comes into our heart and gives us the new language (tongues). It has been God’s desire to speak to His people daily. After leading the Israelites out of Egypt for 40 years to Mt. Sinai, He spoke audibly to them. But, they did not want to hear Him so they told Moses, "Go near, and hear all that the Lord our God will say; and speak to us all that the Lord our God will speak to you; and we will hear and do it” (Deut. 5: 27; Ex. 20: 19). He wants to speak to us every day. That’s the reason why it is necessary to receive the Gift of Tongues so we can hear Him speak to us every day from inside our hearts (Jn. 16: 7 - 15). He said, "That makes sense. I want to hear from Him everyday.” We prayed & he received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and began to speak in the new language (Acts 19: 6). Now he can hear God speaking to him everyday.
"THE JOY OF THE LORD IS OUR STRENGTH” (NEH. 8: 10)
At Curve Lake Reservation Camp Meeting, Curve Lake, Ontario, a woman in her 60's explained, "I am a Christian but I have no joy. How do I get the ‘Joy of the Lord’ which is supposed to be my strength (Neh. 8: 10). I asked her, "Have you received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit yet?” She had not. I explained that it was necessary to be baptized with the Holy Spirit so she could have the joy she needed (Rom. 14: 17); Gal. 5: 22). She agreed. We prayed and she fell to the floor speaking in tongues (Mk. 16: 17). When she got up, she said, "I’ve got Joy! I’ve got the Joy of the Lord!”
"PRAY AND HELP GORDON IN THE HARVEST” (LK. 10: 2)
When Jesus commanded His disciples, He was including us Christians today. He said, "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, to the close of the age” (Matt. 28: 19 - 20). This means that He does not send us out alone. He is with us in the form of the Holy Spirit to guide us when we preach the Gospel and to prove that He us by confirming our preaching of the Gospel with the amazing "Signs”: casting out demons, speaking in new languages (tongues), protecting us and giving us a healing ministry (Mk. 16: 17 - 20). Gordon sees these "Signs” in his ministry because of your prayers and financial support. His Ministry is Your Ministry. He is Your evangelist, and all the ministry is credited to you. As Paul wrote to the Philippians, "Not that I seek the gift; but I seek the fruit which increases to your credit” (Philip. 4: 17). Every dollar you send to help Gordon results in people receiving the promised ministry that Jesus said would happen.
Gordon has a unique ministry in this sense. He wants to continue to accept invitations from churches, regardless of size anyplace in Canada, the USA or any country in the world without setting fees. "GOD IS ON 24 HOUR DUTY” (LK. 11: 5 - 13)
Jesus surprised His disciples when he told them the Parable of a man who at midnight went to his next door neighbour. He said to him, "Friend, lend me three loaves ,for a friend of mine has arrived on a journey, and I have nothing to set before him.” His neighbour tells him to go away because he and his family are in bed so it’s not the right time. But, "because of his importunity he will rise and give him whatever he needs.” The word "importunity” means "persistence in requesting or demanding”. Because we are "friends of Jesus” (Jn. 15: 14), He is willing to help us and supply what we need whether it’s for ourselves, family, friends, neighbours (Lk. 10: 27) or people whom we don’t know. When we have received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, God is in our hearts and available 24 hours a day. Then, we can be persistent and show our perseverance to get our Heavenly Father’s help. This is the reason why Jesus said, "Ask” (keep on asking). "Seek” (keep on seeking). "Knock” (keep on asking). And, you will receive what is needed. He is never inconvenienced by our prayer.
James, gives us valuable advice about prayer, which when followed, results in an exciting life in which the promises of Jesus become an everyday part of our lives. In different words, Paul says the same thing, "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus” (Philip. 4: 19). We can see sick people healed of all sickness and change the weather. This is the reason why we invite you to send in "The Prayer Card” (reverse side of "The Special Offering Card) with your needs: personal, family, friends, business, sickness, acquaintances, travel. Or send an Email, Fax or telephone us. Then, when Jesus answers our prayer, please send in a "Praise Report” so we can thank Him too (1 Thess. 5: 18).
