REVEREND GORDON WILLIAMS
"SIGNS, WONDERS AND MIRACLES" (JN. 4:48; MK. 16:16-17)
Praise report from Brent McGlaughlin: "I was called to a farm with an urgent request to examine a horse that had its leg caught in a wire fence. When I arrived, my client had already freed the horse, but a piece of wire was still tightly wrapped around it's leg. The owner had applied pressure to the horse's wound with a makeshift bandage in an attempt to stop the bleeding. The horse was still out in the pasture showing signs of panic and shock. I approached the horse, and became very concerned for the physical safety of the owner, myself and the animal. I asked the owner to step away as I dealt with the problem. It seemed almost impossible to administer the intravenous sedative without the horse's cooperation I thought to myself as I moved towards the animal.

The next steps where crucial: First, I took authority in the name of Jesus, commanding any unclean spirits to leave the horse and go to the abyss. Secondly, I prayed that the horse be filled with Holy Spirit peace. After praying this way, the horse immediately became calm, allowing me to give it the needed anesthetic where I could evaluate, prepare and stitch the wound. The owner overheard my prayer and questioned me about my Christian beliefs. After our conversation, the owner was moved, and requested if they could attend our next house church meeting in Fenelon Falls! Thank you Jesus for "signs, wonders and miracles" that got the owner's attention!"

“OUR GOD IS ALWAYS ON 24 HOUR DUTY” (LK. 11:5-13)
Jesus made it very clear that He is never inconvenienced when we pray to ask him for help. Jesus describes Himself as the "good neighbour" who received a late call for help from His neighbour at midnight asking for three loaves of bread. Jesus didn't hesitate, despite of being woke up from His sleep, to help his friend. His neighbour was persistent; he kept knocking, kept seeking and kept asking 'til his needs were met. Jesus didn't deceive him by giving a serpent when he asked for a fish; nor did He attempt to fool him with a scorpion for an egg - He gave him "the bread of life”(Jn. 6:48), just what he asked for. "Ask and it will be given to you; seek you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you" (Matt. 7:7). We need to be persistent in asking God to get His attention.

This is the reason why we invite you to send in your needs: personal, family, friends, acquaintances, business, church and health needs so we can pray for you. If you need prayer, please email your prayer requests or by posting to our "Facebook Prayer Group Page".

And when Jesus has met your needs, please let us know so we can praise Him along with you and "give thanks with a grateful heart!” We invite you to send in your praise reports and testimonies in a "Thank You Jesus Report." This way many others can be encouraged and be ministered to as well (Rev 12:11). Email your praise reports online through our web page. Jesus still does, "signs, wonders and various miracles, and by gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to his own will” (Heb. 2:4). He wants to supply every need of yours according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus” (Philip. 4:19).

"PRAY AND HELP GORDON BRING HOME THE LOST SHEEP” (LK. 15:4-7)
Jesus has a calling on His people, not only His sheep, but lost sheep as well. A veterinarian once told me that after sheep were sheered or fleeced for wool, they can't recognize each other until their new wool grows in. That is what happens when a person is "born again" and "Baptized with the Holy Spirit." It is difficult for people to recognize themselves because of the changes the Holy Spirit makes in peoples' habits by increasing the "fruit of the Spirit" within them - love, peace, joy and kindness (Gal. 5:22-23).

Gordon invites you to go out and find the spiritually lost sheep and bring them home to Jesus, the "Good Shepherd" who turns the lost into "found." The number of lost sheep is staggering - "a great multitude which no man can count” (Rev. 7:9). Jesus tells us to "go into the highways and byways and compel them to come in so His house can be full" (Lk. 14:22-23). Gordon needs your help to "go out quickly to the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in the poor, maimed, blind and lame" (Lk. 14:21).
Gordon ministers to all people regardless of denomination. Please pray and ask Jesus what you can do to help the GWEA ministry.

"WHATEVER IT TAKES!” (MATT. 7:11)
At a church in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, a man in his 60's who was suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, explained, "I’m losing parts of my memory. Can God heal me?” I answered, "Yes! But it requires that you receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit so He can give you the ‘mind of Christ’ (1 Cor. 2:16), and heal you as you pray or speak in tongues” (1 Cor. 14: 4). "I’ll do whatever it takes!” he said. I asked his wife if she had received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. "No, I haven't," she replied. I explained to her that if she received the Holy Spirit, she could pray in tongues for healing for her husband every day with the laying on of hands (Mk. 16:18). He also would be able to pray in tongues for healing. They both agreed, received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and began to speak in their tongues languages (Acts 2:4) as we prayed for his healing.

"MINISTRY CAN BE ANYWHERE! EVEN AT STARBUCKS!" (MATT. 18:20; 1 COR. 6:19)
Praise Report from Tina Fischer: "Several weeks ago I had met up with a man for ministry at Starbucks. He told me how he came across a local Christian busker who told several young girls to leave who were playing violin in the spot he usually plays in. He told me he got upset and went over and told the busker that he had no right to tell those girls to leave. "Is that what God would do?" he asked him. The busker just ignored him and proceeded to take out his guitar and play anyway. Meanwhile during our ministry time, there was a young lady sitting at a table nearby with her back to us, who listened in on our conversation. She turned around and introduced herself and told us that she was currently going to a Pentecostal church in New Brunswick. She was stirred when she heard me talk about the Holy Spirit and praying in tongues. "You sound similar to the people in the church I attend," she said, "and I too don't understand how Christians could do bad things when they should know better."

I spoke to her about the Apostle Paul who had wrote about that very thing in the Bible. Paul said that he did what he knew he shouldn't have done, even though he knew better, and how his fleshly ways got in the way of what God wanted him to do (Rom. 7:24-25). "Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on fleshly desires; but those who live life in the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires" (Rom. 8:5-6). I told her that as Christians we need the "renewing of the mind" by the infilling or Baptism of the Holy Spirit - to purge the old man and put on the "new man" (Eph. 4:17-24). When we do that, we become "new wine skins" (Matt. 9:14-17; Mk. 2:18-22; Lk. 5:33-39), and "new creations" in Christ. Only then can we have Jesus' understanding - healing and self control in our lives - we develop the "mind of Christ". I explained to her the evidence of the Holy Spirit is speaking in tongues, which is God's communication system (Mk. 16:16-17). Also when we pray in tongues, we become "edified" or built up, and the Lord can get our attention and speak to us (1 Cor. 14:4).

Then I asked her if she received her tongues language yet. She said no. I invited her to pray with me to receive the Holy Spirit with the gift of tongues as evidence. "Right here?" she said. "Yes, right here," I replied. "Where ever two or more are gathered together, Jesus is with us" (Matt. 18:20). She agreed. I laid hands on her and first prayed with her for Salvation, and then for the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. Slowly her tongues languages emerged. Afterwards she told me she felt the power of the Holy Spirit come through her through the laying on of hands. My final instructions to her were to pray in English (with understanding) and then in her tongues language. I encouraged her to pray in tongues every day and eventually her tongues language will become fluent. And to listen for God's voice as she spoke in tongues, where in time (Jn. 10:27-28), He would reveal His plan for her life, and how she should live her life from day to day (Jer. 29:11)."
