MONTHLY MINISTRY REPORT
REVEREND GORDON WILLIAMS, JANUARY 2016

Rev. Gordon Williams, Evangelist
“PRAY ABOUT EVERY NEED DURING 2016" (PHILIP. 4:1)
Many people complain that God doesn’t answer their prayers. James tells us, “You ask and do not receive, because you ask wrongly to spend it on your passions” (Jas. 4:2–3). Selfish requests fall on deaf ears. But real needs never fall on deaf ears when we pray. Jesus shares the parable about a widow who came to a judge constantly, night and day, asking him to help her to deal with her enemies. He moves him to act in her behalf. That’s what our God is like. Jesus says, “And will not God act in behalf of His elect who cry upon Him day and night?” Of course He will! Our God will always meet our needs.

We invite you to email your prayer requests: family, friends, church, etc., for salvation, the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, healing, deliverance and personal needs. (Philip. 4:19) Also please contact us with your praise reports when Jesus has met your needs so we can also thank Him along with you!

“BE A PARTNER WITH GORDON DURING 2016” (PHILIP. 1:3–5)
As we move into the New Year of 2016, our world is in a “Spiritual Crisis” –  Canada, the USA and including all the countries in the world. However, Christians have the only solution. The time has now come for us to stop playing church and to cooperate with Jesus to change our world beginning today. Jesus commanded the first believers and us to “Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to the whole creation”….meaning every person in the world, starting with where we live. Every time we lead someone to salvation and the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, we change the world. Every time, we pray in the Spirit or healing, we change the world. Every time we pray, we change the ecology and weather of the world. Because we have not gone out into the world, Jesus has arranged for people to come to our countries so we can introduce them to HIm as their Saviour, Lord and God. Jesus is in charge of our world. Wars and rumours of war are the first warnings signs of the end which not come until “the number of saved people is a great multitude that no man can count”. (Rev. 7: 9) In other words, Jesus is serving them up on a platter for Salvation. Let's turn this crisis into a “Victory For Jesus” with the “Signs, Wonders and Miracles following! (Heb. 2:4).
Your monthly support allows Gordon to accept invitations to any church, small or large in any town or city in Canada, USA or any other country. Continue to be a “cheerful giver” (2 Cor. 9:7) and help us increase our ministry. Please pray and ask Jesus what you should do to help.  PLEASE HELP GWEA TO HAVE A VICTORY FOR JESUS DURING 2016. (1 JN. 5:4–5)

“WHAT WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS GIFTS!” (ACTS 2:38)
At our meeting in Burlington, ON, a woman from Oakville, explained to me that over 20 years ago, Father Bob MacDougall, who was with us at 100 Huntley Street TV ministered to her salvation. She was hoping that she could see him again. However, I shared with her that Bob had died several years ago. I then had asked her if she had received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit yet. She replied, “No, but that’s the reason I came here.” So, she prayed with me and received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and easily began to speak in tongues (Acts 1: 8). She exclaimed, “I feel wonderful!”
At our meeting in Beaverton, ON, a young man in his 20’s who had received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit last year brought a friend to receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. Since he was bilingual, I explained that the Holy Spirit would give him a “new” language with which to speak & pray. We prayed and he easily began to speak in his new “tongues language” (Acts 19: 6).

“THE LESSON IS DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING FOR GRANTED” (MATT. 7:7
At a Christmas Full Gospel Business Men’s (FGBMFI) Banquet in Brantford, ON, a woman came for prayer. Since I had visited her home and prayed with for healing of cancer and for the restorationof her hair, I assumed, incorrectly, that she needed more prayer for healing of cancer. And so I went ahead and prayed for healing again and she fell to the floor praying in tongues.
Later, she came to explain that Jesus had already healed the cancer after we prayed for her at home. She now required prayer for a slight curvature of her spine and arthritis in her hands. We then prayed for healing for those problems (Mk. 16:18).

“JESUS CHANGED HIS LIFE” (2 COR. 5:17)
A man shared that he was a Christian but had a friend who told him that speaking in tongues was not for today. He went to a Full Gospel Meeting where I was sharing my testimony where he saw people receiving the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and were falling down speaking in tongues. He had been to a Bible College and knew his Bible pretty well and decided that, if this was from the Lord, he should investigate it. He said that as he approached me, “you reached out your hand and gently laid it on the right side of my head, and said, ‘Receive the Holy Spirit”. He continued, “The Holy Spirit hit me and I fell to the floor (Is. 28: 10) speaking tongues (Acts 2:4) for about 15 minutes.” As he lay there, my legs felt numb. Then heat started to flow from the bottom of his feet throughout his body to the top of his head. He thought that he should get up off the floor but couldn’t move, so he kept on praying in tongues until he could get up off the floor. He said, “Jesus changed my life!”

“NOW HE IS NOW SURE THAT HE IS A CHRISTIAN”
At a meeting in Camrose AB, a man in his 70’s said, “I need prayer for healing of my back.” I asked him, “Are you a Christian?” He answered, “I think so!” Then, I asked him to pray with me for forgiveness (1 Jn. 1:9) and the Baptism of the Holy Spirit (Acts 19: 6) and healing.” He agreed and as we prayed, he fell to the floor speaking in tongues (Acts 2: 4) and his back was healed (Mk 16:18). Now he is sure that he is a Christian.

“THE WORD OF KNOWLEDGE” (1 COR. 12:8)
At the Pentecostal Church in New Sudbury, a young woman responded to a “word of knowledge” (1 Cor. 12:8) in which I gave saying, “There is a young woman here who needs healing fora damaged knee. She was wondering whether she should go for prayer when I called out the hurt knee. She said, “I went to the altar as fast as I could get there. Praise the Lord! She was healed.

“SETTING THE CAPTIVE FREE” (GAL. 5:1)
There was a man who fell to the floor shaking uncontrollably as if she had epilepsy. I asked him, “When did this start to happen?” “When I went to the church at the Toronto Airport! I can’t stop it!” he said. I commanded the evil spirit to leave him (Mk. 16:17). The shaking immediately stopped and then he lay peacefully (Gal. 5:22) on the floor praising God in tongues. And, the Holy Spirit gave him self-control (Gal. 5:23). He was set free!

“LEARNING TO LISTEN TO THE HOLY SPIRIT” (EPH. 6:18)
At our Beaverton House Meeting, a man who claimed that he was a Pentecostal pastor, explained, “I am baptized with the Holy Spirit and I speak in tongues but I don’t hear the Holy Spirit speaking to me.” I asked him if he prayed in tongues every day and he said, “I don’t see the necessity to do so nor does my wife.” I explained that “praying in tongues languages” is God’s “Communications System” which is established by the Holy Spirit. When you don’t use it, you are telling God that you don’t want to hear from Him with the result that fear develops and you lose your love for Jesus (Rev. 2:4), prayer becomes a guessing game and you will lose your ministry. He asked, “How long will it take for me to start hearing the Holy Spirit?” For me, it was and is immediately. If we do not use “the system”, we do not hear “the Voice” speaking to us (Rev. 2:7, 11, 17, 29; 3:6, 13, 22). I suggest that, like Paul told Timothy, “Hence, I remind you to stir up the gift of God that is withing you through the laying on of hands, for God has not given us a spirit of fear but a spirit of power and love and self-control” (2 Tim. 2 6–7). He said, “I guess I should get this started right away!” I said, “Let’s do it right now!” And, he started to pray in tongues.
